Paul Michael Coursol

Paul was 9 years old when I married the dad who had adopted him as an infant. He lost his adoptive mother to an automobile accident when he was 7. Jerry and Gloria were told that Paul's biological father was the son of a doctor. The biological mother was only 14.
This handsome and bright young man was the most difficult of my 7 children during those years. I believe we were closer after his father and I divorced in 1971.
Paul died of AIDS at the VA Hospital in Miami. I was able to visit with him often during his last few weeks because I worked at the hospital right across the street. He had loving friends who held a simple memorial service for him after his cremation.
